The college has its own Homoeopathic Hospital located in the same premises.
The Hospital has well equipped IPD and OPD including OT section, Intensive care unit, Labour room, Pathology Lab and Radiology section. OPD section includes Medicine, Obstetrics / Gynecology and Pediatrics OPD as per norms and IPD section has Medicine (including Pediatrics); Surgery, Obstetrics / Gynaecology wards. Both acute and chronic patients are examined in the OPD and IPD. The students are exposed to variety of cases of all systems like Respiratory System (Bronchial Asthma, COPD, allergic rhinitis etc), Musculoskeletal System (rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, etc) Dermatological cases (Psorasis, dermatitis, etc) Paediatrics cases (Tonsillitis, recurrent URTI, etc) Gastrointestinal system (IBS, APD, Gastritis, etc) & Geriatric cases (Depression, dementia, BEP, Hypertension, DM, OA, Gout etc).
The College has its own fully equipped Hospital as per the norms of Central Council of Homoeopathy for providing clinical training and research facilities of the highest quality.
The Department has subdivisions including General Medicine, Skin, Pediatrics & Psychiatry & Homoeopathic Therapeutics. There is fully equipped modern Intensive Care Unit. It has a Urology Unit with a machine for Haemodialysis & Peritonia dialysis, facilities of CT scan, EEG, Eco Cardiograph with Colour Doppler & Stress Test and PFT. (Pulmonary Function test).
The Department has subdivisions including General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Dentistry, Orthopaedics & Homoeopathic Therapeutics. The central air conditioned ultramodern complex consists of 8 operation theaters, pre & post operative rooms. Students can view operations in the seminar rooms through closed circuit cameras and TV installed therein.
The Department has subdivisions including Obstetrics, Gynecology & Homoeopathic Therapeutics. Facilities like USG, Colposcopy, and Antenatal clinic, Infertility clinic and a cancer detection center are also available.
Shri Ramnath Singh Homoeopathic Hospital, which is registered with Pimpri CMHO, Bhind, has a well equipped OPD and IPD section.
The hospital has 4 well equipped OPD's viz Medicine, Surgery, Gynaecology & Obstetrics & Paediatrics which is manned by experienced college faculty members that are providing quality health care to the people living in PCMC area.
The OPD section has a computerized central registration unit. Hospital has a well stoked Homoeopathic medicine dispensing section. The college conduct regular health check up camps and medical camps in the OPD's which has popularised Homoeopathy amongst the general population.

Five well - appointed lecture halls having excellent acoustics, good lighting and ventilation, and latest audio-visual teaching aids with a seating capacity of 100 students each.
The College has an auditorium having a seating capacity of 200 and elaborate facilities for conducting seminars, symposia and guest lectures.
The central library has a vast collection of books for extensive reading, many national and international periodicals and daily newspapers to keep students updated with latest information. Additionally, every department has a well stocked library of reference books which support the subject taught. Internet facility to keep updated with the latest information globally.
Well furnished hostels for boys and girls separately with round the clock security. Mess provided in the hostels with reading room, recreational area with television and facilities for indoor games like carom, TT etc. There is a senior warden and rector incharge of each hostel.
Fore sighting the need to train the future doctors, computer facilities are made available to the students. A well equipped computer laboratory housing sufficient number of computers, printers, software needed for students and internet facility has been provided.
The Department has a large well ventilated, special floored dissection hall with distinctive illumination. The embalming room has custom-built stainless steel tank for storing cadavers. Adequate cadavers are provided to the students for dissection. Histology is taught with the help of latest techniques. Teaching is also done with the help of CD ROMs, transparencies and slides.The museum has been artistically designed to accommodate dissected specimens and embryology models. The museum is accessible to the students for self-study.

Teaching on all systems is done with the help of CD ROMs and Polygraph, E.C.G machines etc. Exhaustive tutorials are held regularly so as to make learning simpler. The Department has charts highlighting the important topics in Physiology. The laboratory is well equipped with separate work tables and separate apparatus for each students.
It has a large departmental library with many references books and drug specimens. The department conducts educational seminars regularly for the students' benefit. It also invites renowned and expert Homeopaths as Guest Lecturers for furthering the students' knowledge of Homoeopathy.

The department also organises a yearly debate on the occasion of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann's birth anniversary. On the title page, the phrase 'AUDE SAPERE' in Latin, meaning 'dare to be wise' is used by Hahnemann from Second edition onwards in The Organon of Medicine, as he thought it most appropriate to his new school of medicine - Homoeopathy, and also probably to tell his followers to know for themselves, the true art of medicine. The phrase was used by the Roman poet, Horace, first and subsequently quoted by the German Philosopher, Immanuel Kent, from where probably Hahnemann was inspired to use this.
